At Tomar Care, we are committed to delivering authentic and quality products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

• The product must be unused and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
• Must provide unboxing video proof for damaged/wrong items

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products
• Change of mind after delivery
• Products damaged after use

Return Process

1. Contact our support team with order details and issue
2. Share unboxing video/photo proof
3. After verification, replacement or refund will be processed

Delivery charge is non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
